After a past marked by abuse and challenging experiences, I now live fully anchored in my essence, savoring love and life. I am blessed with two wonderful sons and two radiant grandchildren. My heart is filled with gratitude and love every single day. And ofcourse I do my challenges like you and all of us, but my focus is on my soul’s purpose and joy!
After a rich and varied career as a nurse, trainer/coach, consultant, project manager, presenter, and speaker on topics like female genital mutilation and spirituality, I made a bold decision in 2013. I shifted my entire focus to living from my essence, centered on healing sexual energy to help others to easily return to their essence (If you’d like to know more about my career, click here.)
Hawaii: My Greatest Love In 2008, I traveled to Hawaii for the first time, joining a spiritual journey. From the moment I arrived, I felt deeply at home. The energy is extraordinary—powerful yet tender. The natural beauty, the ocean waves, the whales, and the dolphins are profoundly healing for me. Each time I step off the plane, I feel like returning to the truest version of myself.
Over the years, Hawaii has become a second home. In 2012, I spent nine magical months living on the Big Island, home to the mighty Kilauea volcano—the most active volcano on Earth. This is where Pele, the revered Hawaiian goddess, resides.
Pele is the goddess of creation, passion, love, and sexuality. I’ve spent countless hours meditating in her presence, listening to her wisdom. Every time I return to Hawaii, I hear her welcoming me with the words, “Welcome home. I’m so glad you’re here.”
I work closely with Pele and her spiritual family, including her brother Kanaloa, the god of the ocean. I affectionately call them the Aloha Spirits of Hawaii.
What Makes Hawaii So Special? One of the things I love most about Hawaii is the way people embrace life. There’s an infectious joy that flows through daily living. Dancing is a big part of the culture—on the dance floor, people of all ages celebrate together. Music is everywhere, at all hours. Whether you’re having breakfast, lunch, or dinner, holding business meetings, or connecting socially, live music is often part of the experience.
I’ve found that people here are open and welcoming. Of course, human struggles like fear and sadness exist, but everyone seems to understand and embody the value of Aloha.
Aloha is more than a word—it’s the breath of life, the force that connects us to everything. Aloha is joy, love, sensuality—it’s the essence of existence. This energy is always present, 24/7.
In Hawaii, joy comes effortlessly. Everything feels natural and easy. I can walk across the street in my bikini, dive into the ocean to cleanse away whatever I no longer need, and emerge feeling renewed and vital.
I often bring a picnic and a book to relax on the beaches where green sea turtles bask. I visit Black Sand Beach, formed from volcanic ash, or ascend Mauna Kea, one of the tallest mountains in the world. Standing above the clouds there is a transcendent experience that defies description.
Mauna Kea is also a sacred spiritual site for the Hawaiian people.
On Maui, I spend hours in the lush Iao Valley, conversing with the Spirits who share loving guidance for my work and messages to bring to the world.
When I am in Hawaii, I feel life coursing through me. I feel a decade younger, vibrant, and brimming with joy. Incredible people and experiences seem to flow into my life effortlessly. Creation becomes more playful and infinitely easier. Even attracting the right partner feels natural and joyful.
It’s no surprise—this is what happens when you are rooted in your essence.
